With the participation of 170 young men and women, auditions for the Musical Talent Empowerment Project began at the Student Cinema Club at Tishreen University. The project, launched by the Executive Office of the National Union of Syrian Students in collaboration with the Ministry of Culture, aims to nurture and refine musical talents in singing, choir, and playing various instruments. It seeks to develop these talents to contribute academically trained artists to the university's artistic movement.
At the Mahmoud Al-Ajan Music Institute, our role is to lead the talent selection process, nurture these talents within the institute, and work on their development and refinement in an academic manner. This approach aims to provide the talented individuals with opportunities for a mature artistic and intellectual future.
